A Fővárosi Törvényszék a 39.Fpk.975/2023/10. számú végzésében, 2023. január 23-i kezdő nappal, a Tungsram Operations Kft. (székhely: 1044 Budapest, Váci út 77., cégjegyzékszám: 01-09-320120, adószám: 26250061-2-44) társaság felszámolási eljárás megindítását közzétette.

Felhívjuk a Tisztelt Hitelezők figyelmét, hogy a hitelezői igényeik bejelentése és a nyilvántartásba vételének feltételeként, kötelezően szükséges:

• regisztrációs díjat, amely a követelés tőkeösszegének 1%-át, de legalább 5.000 Ft-ot és legfeljebb 200.000 Ft-ot jelent, a Fővárosi Törvényszék Gazdasági Hivatalánál kezelt, elkülönített számlára kell megfizetniük, melynek száma: 10032000-01483013-24000004.
Annak a hitelezőnek, aki a csődeljárás során fizetett regisztrációs díjat és a vagyonfelügyelő a követelését nyilvántartásba vette, csak kiegészítenie szükséges a már megfizetett regisztrációs díjat a fenti mértékre.

• költségátalányt, amely a követelés tőkeösszegének 0,5%-át, de legalább 5.000 Ft-ot és legfeljebb 40.000 Ft-ot jelent költségátalányt a felszámoló, Raiffeisen Bank Zrt-nél 12001008-01189590-00600001 számú számlájára kell megfizetni. A felszámoló a költségátalány összegét a vagyonkutatási és vagyonvisszaszerzési tevékenységével összefüggő költségek kiegyenlítésére használhatja fel.

A regisztrációs díj és a költségátalány megfizetését igazolnia kell a hitelezőnek a felszámoló felé, aki ezt követően igazolja vissza a hitelezőnek a bejelentett igényét. Az utalás közlemény rovatába a végzés számát (39.Fpk.975/2023/10.) feltétlenül szükséges feltüntetni!
